Refund policy


We want you to love your purchase(s), but we understand it doesn't always work out. We accept merchandise back for store credit only. Because of fast turnover and that we are a small business, all returns must be back to our storefront within 14 days of the date received.

-Please reach out to us via email: contact@southernrootsboutique.shop if you find that you need to return an item(s).

-Buyer pays return shipping.

-Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 20% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.

-Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free, and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will not issue return credit, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay to have items received back.

-Southern Roots Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
